Updated 3 November 2026: this version adds my Instagram account, the services that handle it and the AI assistant I use.

 

This notice adds to the Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy on this site, which lists what consumer health data Sturdy Shelf may collect, why, where it comes from, who handles it, and how to use your rights. Everything there applies to Nevada residents too.

 

Reviewing and correcting your data: email abahlawan@gmail.com with the subject "Health data request" to see what I hold about you or ask me to correct it.

 

Tracking across other websites: I have not added any advertising, social media or other third-party tracking tools to this site.

 

Changes: if I change how I handle consumer health data, I'll post the new version on this page with a new effective date, and update the Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy page, before the change applies. If you bought a guide, I'll also email you about any significant change.

 

If I refuse a request and you disagree, you can appeal as described in the Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy, and you can contact the Nevada Attorney General.
