Is Eat Enough a diet or a meal plan?
No. It's for the days you can't face a meal.
How do I get it?
You pay on Gumroad, and your receipt email has a link to the PDF straight away. It's also in your Gumroad Library.
Why is checkout on Gumroad?

Can I get a refund?
Yes. Email within 30 days of purchase for a full refund through Gumroad, no questions asked.
Does it cover doses or injection schedules?
No. Those questions go to your prescriber.
